Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut flakes
Directions: 
  1. Cut pineapple into bite-size chunks.
  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix and serve!
Notes:
  • This is the most simple and refreshing dessert to enjoy in warm weather. Depending on the sweetness of the pineapple, you may want to add a little honey.
