This is such a great breakfast recipe. So nutritious and delicious. Quinoa is a perfect protein and the local, raw honey is a great immunity booster!


  • 1 cup quinoa (about 4 servings)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (I use local, raw honey for it's many health benefits)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 chopped nuts and or seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Anything else you desire :)


  1. Cook the quinoa in 2 cups water adding in the honey and cinnamon. Add the raisins 5 minutes before quinoa is done cooking.
  2. Once quinoa is done, fold in your other goodies and enjoy!
