After a long weekend, I really felt like I needed a little detox. Although I didn't eat badly, I felt as though I wanted to start the week off right. I made this detox juice that was oh-so-delicious. For anyone who doesn't have a juicer, you can make this in a blender and use a paint strainer to remove the pulp. OR you can just enjoy it as a smoothie!


  • Dandelion Greens (feel free to switch with more kale or leave out completely if you can't find this)
  • Few kale stalks
  • Cucumber
  • Cilantro (very detoxifying herb!)
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Apple (I threw this in because it is way too bitter without)
